What is EMI?

EMI means "Equated Monthly Installment" — the fixed amount you pay every month towards your vehicle loan until it is fully paid off.

Can I use the app in my own language?

Yes. Tap EN / తె / हिं / ಕನ್ನಡ at the top of any page to switch between English, Telugu, Hindi, and Kannada.

Is it safe to share my OTP with someone helping me?

No. Never share your OTP with anyone, including someone claiming to be from SMSquare. We will never ask for your OTP over a phone call.

I do not have a smartphone or find the app difficult to use — what can I do?

Call our helpline any time. Our staff can help you make your payment or answer your questions over the phone.

What is UPI?

UPI (Unified Payments Interface) lets you pay directly from your bank account using apps like PhonePe, Google Pay, or any UPI app — no card needed.

Do I need internet to use this app?

Yes, you need an internet connection to log in and make payments. If you do not have internet, you can pay at your nearest branch or call our helpline.
