How do I pay my EMI?
You can pay your EMI through any of the following modes: - Cash - NACH - UPI NACH - BBPS - Website - WhatsApp Link
My payment succeeded but the app still shows it as due — what happened?
Successful payments are confirmed automatically within a few minutes. If it still shows pending after 30 minutes, contact support with your UTR number.
Can I pay only part of my EMI?
Yes. Select "Any Other Amount" while making the payment and enter an amount that is equal to or greater than one EMI, up to your total outstanding dues.
What is a foreclosure amount?
The full payoff amount to close your loan early, recalculated live each time you view it.
Will I get a message when a payment is due?
Yes, if you have enabled notifications. Turn them on from your dashboard or profile page so you never miss an EMI.
What payment precautions should I follow?
For your safety: - Do not make payments to any personal bank account. - Do not pay any amount other than the system-generated outstanding amount. - Always collect a computer-generated payment receipt after making payment. The company shall not be responsible for any loss arising from non-compliance with the above instructions.
