What documents do I need to keep safely?
Keep your loan agreement, RC book (vehicle registration certificate), and insurance papers safe — you may need them if you sell the vehicle or close your loan.
How do I know my loan is fully paid off?
Once your loan is closed, you can request a No Objection Certificate (NOC) through the Request a Service option on your dashboard. The NOC serves as the official confirmation that your loan has been fully repaid.
How do I update my vehicle registration details?
Go to "Request a Service" from your dashboard and choose "Vehicle Registration Number Update". Enter the correct number — no payment is required, and our team will update it shortly.
Where is my loan agreement or KYC document?
These are not available in-app yet. Please contact support or your branch.
What if I lose my NOC or loan closure documents?
You may request duplicate copies as per the company's document issuance policy and verification process, which is subject to additional charges.
